Valerie Ambroson DiFabio

Prior to entering Real Estate, Valerie accumulated over 35 years of sales and marketing experience in the Austin area. Her background included Owning and operating a successful luxury corporate retreat and event facility on Lake Travis. She also was the Owner and Designer of her exclusive jewelry line, marketing and operating it from a startup and growing into national distribution, before finding her way into Luxury Real Estate.

She is a member of Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, Austin Luxury Network, Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, as well as earned her designations as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Million Dollar GUILD Member, Acredited Buyers Rep and Certified Negotiation Expert.

She has lived in the Lakeway community for over 13 years with her husband Dante, where they enjoy time on Lake Travis with their children and grandchildren. She believes in “giving back” and volunteers her time to help several local nonprofit organizations.

Along with her many years and connections in the Austin area, the real basis for her success has been the lasting relationships she has formed. She maintains a well-known presence, commitment and passion for the unique intricacies of the Austin area and its vibrant life style. It has allowed her the opportunity and access to work with exclusive luxury properties.

Her first priority is always open, honest communication with her clients. Whether it be finding the right property or selling a home, she understands the importance of listening to her clients’ wants, needs and their luxury lifestyle.

Inventory, location, price and timing are all critical pieces of buying and selling luxury property, but making all the pieces come together is her true talent. Additionally, her keen eye for design and passion to serve others blends perfectly for the benefit of her clientele.

My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievement or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
